Bloody Maria Huevos Rancheros

Originating on farms and ranches all over Mexico, Huevos Rancheros literally means “rancher eggs”.

A simple breakfast that can be served anytime of day that includes your choice of  beans, diced fried potatoes, mexican rice, blue corn tortillas, eggs and red or green New Mexican chile, topped with guacamole or just avocados, this skillet friendly meal is even better with our Bloody Maria Chili.

Simply add chili to a skillet with your favorite additions. Once hot, create small divots and add a fresh cracked egg in each.  Cook for a 2-4 minutes to cook eggs.  Top with avocado, cheese, tortillas and a splash of hot sauce.
