4 c Ketchup
1 16 oz can tomatoes (or 4 ripe tomatoes)
1 small red onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, whole
1 small can chipotles in adobo
3/4 c molasses
½ c Worcestershire
½ c liquid smoke
2 c brown sugar
1 T Black Pepper
2 T Garlic powder
1 T Onion powder
1.5 T celery seeds
