3-Ingredient Spicy Bloody Maria Salmon
I'd rather play outside than spend time slaving over complex recipes, especially in the summer. This salmon is so easy—serve it with salad and a Bloody Maria and entertain your friends without the stress this weekend. Here's how...
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. salmon fillets
- 1 c. Bloody Maria mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place salmon fillets in a medium baking dish, and season with salt and pepper. Pour Bloody Maria mix over the fillets. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the broiler.
3. Broil approximately 7 minutes, until fish is easily flaked with a fork and surface is lightly browned.
