Beef Stock 32 oz
Protein 2 pounds - add your favorite meat
Bloody Maria Mix 1 jar
Cooked Posole 3-4 cups
Veggies add your favorite
Cilantro 1 small bunch
Lemon/ Lime Citrus 1-2 - juiced
1. Dice your veggies. Add ingredients to large pot. Cook on a low simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender and fully cooked.
Garnish with radish, lime, and cilantro.
