Bloody Maria Ceviche
Shrimp/ Fresh Fish/ Scallops 1 pound
Bloody Maria Mix 3/4 cup
Roma Tomatoes 3-4
Cucumber 1 seedless
Red Onion 1/2 medium
Limes 2- juiced
Cilantro 1 small bunch
Hot Pepper Sauce to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Cook, peel & devein shrimp. Finely slice fresh fish and scallops. You can use any of these by themself or a combo of all 3 together.
2. Dice veggies. *Optional- add celery and red peppers.
3. Lightly mix fish, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber & cilantro in a bowl. Pour in Bloody Maria Mix. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture, add a dash of hot pepper sauce, cover the bowl and refridgerate for 3-4 hours
Important: let marinate for the full 3-4 hours as this is how it cures the fresh seafood.
Serve over a bed of sliced romaine lettuce.
