Recipes with Bloody Maria Mix:
Spicy Green Chile Gravy
A zesty twist on traditional gravy to pair with turkey or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bloody Maria Mix
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup turkey drippings (or chicken broth)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux.
  2. Gradually whisk in turkey drippings and Bloody Maria Mix.
  3. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  4. Serve over turkey, mashed potatoes, or stuffing for a spicy kick!
Bloody Maria Cranberry Sauce
A tangy, spicy cranberry sauce that’s perfect for turkey or ham.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Bloody Maria Mix
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Instructions:
  1. Combine Bloody Maria Mix, cranberries, sugar, and orange zest in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10–12 minutes until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  3. Let cool and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Bloody Maria Infused Stuffing
Add a bold southwestern twist to your holiday stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Bloody Maria Mix
  • 8 cups cubed stale bread
  • 1/2 cup diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sauté onion, celery, and green chile in olive oil until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, mix bread cubes, sautéed veggies, spices, Bloody Maria Mix, and broth.
  4. Spread in a baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and crisp on top.
