Pasta a la Maria!
Penne a la Vodka is a staple in Italian restaurants. Why not Mix It Up a little with Bloody Maria Mix instead of your average tomato sauce!
We already know Bloody Maria pairs extremely well with vodka!
Pasta a la Vodka
Bloody Maria Mix 1 cup
Heavy Cream or Half / Half 1/2 cup
Basil 1 tsp or as desired
Vodka 1/4 -1/2 cup to taste
Heat Bloody Maria Mix to a low simmer. Add cream and vodka. Bring to a simmer again. Remove from heat. Add Basil and serve on your favorite pasta!
