Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

Tis' the season to break out your #slowcooker and get COZY !! Beef brisket is known to be flavorful, and deliciously tender - meat that melts in your mouth. This versatile protein can be used in sandwiches, paired with veggies, or rolled into another meal entirely. A New Mexican twist, would be adding to a bowl of green chile, or serving it up with some enchiladas!!

Place brisket in cooker on HIGH with 2 cups of #bloodymariamix. Cover and cook in the slow cooker on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until the brisket is very tender. Let rest for at least 20 minutes before serving in the slow cooker set on WARM.
