Spicy Pickled Bloody Maria Cheese
Pickled Bloody Maria Cheese. Enjoy With Bloody Marias, toast & crackers and you’ve got yourself a brunch!
Pickled Bloody Maria Cheese
Camembert Cheese* 1 small
Onion 1 medium to large
Bloody Maria Mix 1/4 cup
Garlic Cloves 8
Bay Leaves 3
Oil 1 Tbsp
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Thyme 2 Tbsp
1. Cut the cheese into bite size cubes and put into a lidded jar with all the spices and oil.
2. It may take a few experiments to see how much garlic, onlin and spices taste best to you. Start with the amounts listed above then shift the quantity.
3. Let the mixture marinate and soak for five to seven days, until it becomes very soft.
Makes a great cheese spread.
*Substitute with your favorite Brie.
