Bloody Maria BBQ Sauce
Created with friends and tailgating in mind, this recipe is perfect for beef, port, chicken, and even shrimp! Try it and you'll see! Use on your favorite grilled meats & sandwiches.
Bloody Maria BBQ Sauce
Bloody Maria Mix 2 cupsKetchup 4 cups
Tomatoes 1 16 oz can / 4 small
Garlic Cloves 6
Chipotles in Adobo 1 small can
Molasses 3/4 cup
Worcestershire 1/2 cup
Liquid Smoke 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar 2 cups
Black Pepper 1 Tbsp
Garlic Powder 2 Tbsp
Onion Powder 1 Tbsp
Celery Seeds 1 1/2 Tbsp
1. Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan, simmer on medium heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionaly.
2. Remove from heat, cool, and puree with immersion blender or food processor.
